We are seeking to acquire an established technology, business services, or niche manufacturing company with 500K – $1M of EBITDA in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex as soon as possible. We are not interested in retail or food-related businesses. Ideally, we’re looking for a company that needs operational improvements or has had limited efforts around marketing. A full-blown turnaround would be considered.
